Made chicken kabobs in my smoker the other weekend and they came out great. Really easy to do. Maple smoked bacon wrapped around some chicken breast. Brushed on olive oil. Then make a rub 1 tsp. dried mint, 1 tbl. garlic salt, 1 tsp. onion salt, 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper, 1 tbl. red pepper power. Sprinkle rub on the 'bob then dizzle with honey! Smoked at 220 with hickory until was about 170 degrees.
